Spiro is a collection of artwork and wallpaper patterns designed for Bobbi Beck's Metaverse series. Bobbi Beck reached out to me to explore how their products could be connected to web3. Inspired by one of my childhood toys, the Spirograph, I created custom gearsets to design unique wallpaper patterns. Bobbi Beck produced 4 repeating patterns and 1 mural. The original drawings were then minted as NFTs on the Ethereum blockchain. The thin linework creates subtle gradients from a distance and a mesmerizing moiré effect up close.
